I am both delighted and honoured to be elected President of the Insurance Institute of Peterborough and look forward to building on the good work already carried out by my predecessors over the past few years.
I work for THB Group plc and have responsibility for its schemes marketing business, THB Risk Solutions, based in Peterborough. Having worked in the area for many years, I know a lot of the local insurance “characters” so my new position will hopefully give me the opportunity to re-connect with old friends and colleagues and also to meet new acquaintances at our proposed educational and social events.
I am always happy to listen to ideas on how we can perhaps improve the profile or activity of the Institute, so feel free to give me your feedback.
I would also like to attract new members to the C.I.I. so any help that you can provide to achieve this would be much appreciated.
